Can we pay with a purchase order?

Yes. Send your purchase order to support@smartyearsapps.com and mention your quote number. We set up your account and send the invoice. You can also pay by card.

How do the discounts work?

More than 20 educators get 10% off, more than 50 get 15% and more than 100 get 18%. A 2-year license saves another 10% and a 3-year license another 15%.

Is there a minimum?

Organization licenses start at 3 educators for any length. For 1 educator the license is 3 years, and for 2 educators it’s at least 2 years.

Can we add educators later?

Yes. Your administrator can add seats at any time. Extra seats are priced for the months left on your license, so everyone renews together.

How long is the quote valid?

90 days. If it runs out, make a new one or reply to the quote email and we’ll extend it.

Do you have a W-9 and vendor forms?

Yes. Write to support@smartyearsapps.com and we’ll send them, or reply to your quote email.
